RETURN/ EXCHANGE POLICY

1.EXCHANGE
- We offer exchanges on all our products with special conditions for swim wear.
- Swim wear Exchanges will only be approved/ processed if the hygiene pad is in place and the product needs to be returned in the zipper pouch as delivered. Additional Rs.99 will be charged for return order pickup.
- We issue refund amount for the exchanged item in the form of store credit which has a validity of 12 months.
- All exchanged items must be unused, unaltered, unwashed and returned with original packaging and tags for hygiene reasons.
- Packages that don't fulfil the above conditions will be rejected in QC and returned to the customer.
